Guys need help regarding H1... My friend's H1B was picked in the lottery last year and earlier this year his stamping was done. Now he has resigned from his company in Hyderabad and he is planning to move to US later this month. Yesterday his last company's manager who lives in US called him to find out why he resigned and during the conversation my friend mentioned that he has H1b and he is planing to move to US. Then his manager told him that he might have a position for him in his company in US (manager was pretty mad that my friend didn't discuss about his H1B prior to his resignation). Now the question is, how can my friend transfer his H1?? who will initiate it, can some one shed some light on the process | ||

is ur old I94 expired? Normal ga ithe problem emi vundadu..but if ur I94 is already expired then current H1 extn approval result may impact H1 transfer result...some link edo vundali... current I94 expire avvaka pothe u r good.... | ||
