2 days nundi ee goosebump gola ekkuva ayyindi. All india is facing serious goosebumps. After a little research this is what i found. very interesting. The medical term for goosebumps is horripilation. This is actually a vestigial reflex. This happens in a lot of mammals including humans. It is believed that goosebumps in ancestors used to make them look bigger and scare off the predator. In the current movie context, i think it is a result of Dopamine release in to blood, causing changes in blood pressure and heart rate. Music and extreme emotions can cause it. One way to predict movie success before it is out is to screen the movie to 10- 20 test audience and measure their blood dopamine levels every 15 mins. Bahubali -2 can be used as positive control. |
