Go with Hardwood (even if its expensive)....Laminate has lot of issues..winters lo bulge avvadam/leka water padithe damage avvatam, nadusthunte kirr kirr mani sound raavadam, slipperygaa undatam ivanni dsadvantages...wood esthe aa feel and look is different..its sturdy... tile aithe, if you are in northeast, don't go for tile flooring, it will get very cold in winters and u have to wear slippers in home...south like texas aithe tile aina ok..but tile is more expensive than wood | ||

Hard floor ki edi best. First floor ki Laminate vs Vinyl planks. In my minimal research I found no big difference between them both. Vinyl is a tad expensive but is more durable, moisture and creak resistant. Expereinces unte postandi.
