Toronto case is of children between 13-16. Our great grandparents, granparents and inlces would be sexual predators. Some married 13 year olds, esecially in Brahmin community. Dunno about others. I believe heroines like Urvashi and Ramya Krishnan were pushed to enter and young age. The leecher uncles of 80s had no problems. As Trump would say, it's sad.
