At most he might need to pay PARUVU NASTAM. TDP is not Pathivratha in this category, they also resorted to these kind of cheap tactics in the web world. The ONLY thing that MIGHT cause trouble to Inturi guy is that derogating ASSEMBLY. He did it and he has to face the consequences. I have no problem with that. But, the way government arrested and released him quickly (in the matter of hours) did not reflect good intentions on government part. Poli brother. ------------- Actually the question is IS it Ok for all political parties to hire someone officially for this job? Individuals Ok they have been doing BUT Political party for example CONG having a set of people officially in their payroll to target MODI or some other BJP folks...should it be allowed? -------------- This particular tactic has been in use since long time, Take for eg. Sridhar of Eenadu. He was putting controversial cartoons on any one that Eenadu management didn't like, basically he was portraying the management views. The only difference here is this guy is officially NOT in YCP payroll and was projecting his views as an individual. My point is, people cann't cry when KCR used his powers to suppress AJ and justify when CBN is using his powers on this guy. To get back to these guys, there are legally several ways like defamation and other avenues. If we don't condemn government using flimsy reasons to get back to suppress freedom of expression. Yesterday Polavaram was mentioning that KCR actions and CBN actions are different. May be they used different pre-texts to go after the press, but their goal was same, to SILENCE the opposing views. | ||
