Sometimes I go with a local bank because of seller constraints or ease of getting a loan. But, they are expensive...Caliber home loans and home street bank are examples.

Online lenders are significantly cheaper...but there are a little bit more stringent with loan approvals. You should probably go with them.

Koncham tricky...depends on the bank rules. Make it a joint account or transfer to your accounts 2 months before applying for a loan.

Realtors ki official gaa limit vuntundhi that they cant share more than certain percentage ani. General gaa icchedhi has to be given towards closing costs only. More than that ainappudu they give under the table cutting the taxes

at the time of closing, in the docs you sign there will be a break up of how much commission each agent gets. Usually builders have their own in house agents who get paid like like the listing agent, they are on site and cannot work as an agent. Usual ga the first time you go to see the property, if you don't go with your buyer agent, manky companies are not paying the 3% split, 1 - 1.5 pay chestharu....first time chusesi tharuvathaokadni teesukelli he is my agent ante work out avvadhu. Nuvvu intha teesuko, naku intha ivvu ani deal kudurchukunte, that is between the buyer and the agent, ivvaka pothe chesedem ledhu...desis and desi agents are the only ones that do this mostly as they do this as a secondary business....full time agents don't do it...6% buss adhi kuda ee market lo is koncham not nammable ga vundhi.

Builder gives lots of coupons. discounts etc to buyer.. may be your agent is giving you all those to you as %..

Remember you need to show this as part of the tax returns.. means if you get 15k in return than 30% will go for tax.

my brother got 3% worth of furniture coupons from the builder.. .. that you need not to show for tax returns.

hope you understand..

remember.. whaterver you are getting in return is from what you are paying. no one is giving you from the pocket or you not getting any discount at all.

you might be paying 500k for house which is worth of 400k.. in that extra 100k .. they give you some piece ...

you ould be paying that amount for next 30 years.. you do not really realize that..

dantlo agent takes upto 1% and give you 2%..

thts amount of effort needed to even get 5k. how can it be 15mins of work fir 10k profit.why so greed

there named is used in 100's of closing in recent times that the builder is offering 6% realtor commission. this is different to regular scenario so dont get confused.

these guys without even spending 1hr on transaction putting 10k profits is not acceptable multiply with 100 thats million dollars free cash in 1 yr of just 100hrs of work. thats just looting peoples money.

what i can do here to claim full 18k from realtor.

builder posted in trulia about year end sale in 2016 oct and i entered into contract so there is no seller agent involved. i just added these starpro guys with gentlemans agreement to deduct 1k and give the rest to me. how can they expect to pocket 9k with 5-10 mins of work and few mouse clicks and sending couple of emails.

i will not let this go. if these guys are so greedy pocketing 9k for not even 30mins of there work.

its the bhyer who is taking all the risk with 30yrs commitment to pay monthly payments..

charge 1k per transaction that is fine but hell no 10000$ for 30 min work.why so greed.

Realtor Ram of dallas of starpro,name is used in my transaction,on monday im closing house.my builder agreed to give 6% commission and this i came to know when im going closing disclosure in leisure today. original gentlemans agreement was that they keep 1k and give back rest to the buyer/customer.
