You are missing a big point here. It will act as a catalyst for outsourcing. For example, during early 2000s the on/off shore ratio in a project is 1:3, then it is 1:4. Going forward it will be 1:6 or 1:7. Most of the outsourcing companies do fixed bid than T&M. So, they will keep one guy at onsite for 2 -3 projects by reducing the hands on work.. He will just be co-ordinator and paid 120 K.. Total project run by offshore. | ||
