This is one of the irritating situation and most number of times I encountered with my fellow workers in prior working places and now its happening at current working place too. The situation is In meeting my co-worker repeating the same sentences what lead said. Almost every word to word. Its king of irritating me a lot. For example few days ago in meeting we were making list of deliverables for every quarter. So I come up with the list then lead include few others too though we did not mention those in client deliverables. we still do that and give them all in that quarter and client will be surprised and excited. I understand that very clearly. Suddenly co-worker repeated the same as it is. Word to word by adding yah at beginning. I got irritated and my situation is...  I controlled my anger and then I said to my lead if so I would want to include one more item too which is almost done by me I would take responsibility that it works fine etc Then my lead understand my statement and he said nope again its going to be too much deliverables for one quarter again client will have over expectations in subsequent quarters and its difficult to meet those and for that we have to stretch a lot. Again I understand what he means. The moment lead stopped again my co-worker repeated the same again same word to word I literally....  chass why ppl repeat the same sentences again and again in meeting? What these kind of ppl trying to prove? And how to let them know its very irritating me without hurting them smoothly or friendly way. And this time co-worker is telugu and good friend of mine very intelligent and very brainy too. Very rare to find such ppl. Except above mentioned behavior I dont have any issue with him at all. I dont want to face this any more in upcoming meetings. Though I am eating boiled bracolly my blood boils to maximum yes I am telling that finally to stop this any good inputs from experts especially who are into management side.
