it does. but unless you grew up in a truly joint family, I haven't seen people being very close or *giving* outside their siblings. even in large families with multiple cousins etc, very few families have really close bonds. mazaak ki antha bane untadhi and podhunna lesthey whatsapp lo jokes circulation etc ok. but when s*hit happens, people who come for help is mostly close friends and siblings. aa scenario lo, if your comfort zone is to lock yourself out, it's OK. just have a small trusted group if you can manage it. | ||

For sure nenu kuda Aloof unna maata nijam but as brother, sister both in same country and they call me every 4-5 days even though I call every 2 weeks we are maintaining close bond! Close Friends ante naa 5th-6th grade friends who are also neighbors in HYD are now in neighbouring states in USA and we do gather twice a year and talk every 2 weeks! I am looking for more stronger friend ships rather than meeting people in events... routine ayyi poyayi..antha kruthrimam ga anipistunnai .. antha mandi lo kuda i am able to connect to only 2/3 people and maintianing friendship with them. Meelo evarikannaa ee experience undhaa? Moving away gradually from your relatives and friends? To the point, you don't feel like interacting even on whatsapp - and all this for no apparent reason? (Relatives ante not your immediate family members such as spouse, kids). In my case, it is happening with everyone outside this nuclear family. Also, finding it incredibly difficult to deal with new acquaintances. At some point, ee social interaction suffocates me and I have to get out of there and be alone to start breathing again. Absolutely hate the weekend/dinner/lunch invitations from folks. |
