if you have any indian NRE/NRO/MF/ULIP etc, and the total value of them on any given day in the year is more than 10000$ (10K) then you have to file. http://bsaefiling.fincen.treas.gov/NoRegFBARFiler.html you can directly fill the online form or download the pdf form fill it and upload to that site. | ||
