It all depends on the structure and your investments If you are 100% owner (and you have own funds and no liabilities) and if it is in samll town and small budget ,you don't need any incorporation But if it is on a big scale where you have some other investors or want to go for bank loans ,you should set up a private Ltd company .This structure will allow you to add the investors as directors (partners) and share holders .Banks will also will loans easily to business which have proper corp structure in place Advantage of incorporation is your liabilities are limited and will not eefect your personal properties,incase of bancruptcy or law suits | ||
