So true and totally agreed. That's is why West plays a crucial role. More and more liberal minded muslims are needed to be put on the forefront and it should appear that the reform struggle is happening from within. Muslims themselves might not be active voluntarily because people otherwise might be feared of the religious leaders and going against God and risk of getting killed. Once the forefront muslims grow in numbers then it could gain momentum within their own people. Then West could backoff. West's role is important because of support in various forms like money asylum preventing this people who are fighting within not getting killed etc. | ||

Unfortunately this is not true. It's a global threat on a serious note and most of the intelligence agencies started acknowledging this. It need reformation. Main reformation it need is to their book. Like the old -->new testament in Christianity. Because, in the book as it was identified by experts, is has got many quotes of hatred against non-beleivers of Islam. Whenever a Muslim takes a soft approach and likes to live normally (like what majority does in India) the ultimate question she/he gets from his religious leader is "Are you following the book of God? If not then are a true Muslim?" Obviously it get to your nerves when questioned 'you vs God' when you are a believer. This is what is happening globally and recruitments are increasing day by day (including India) on basis of this book. And one can imagine how the kid will be if raised based purely on believing this book. There is a good hope. There are numerous people working to achieve this reformation of book to make more sensible to current world lifestyle, as I understand. | ||
