This used to be the case in Hyderabad too, we had good rapport from NE students in our university in hyderbad, and knew of the discrimination they go through first hand. btw, does this qualify as racial discrimination? we all fall under mongoloid/asian races. ofcourse castes laaga, andulo oka 25 to 30 sub groups unaayi  | ||
