as per law, F1,OPT and H1 are different applications and requirements differ. We made it seamless but H1 is not guaranteed if you do F1 nd has OPT experience here. If you are hiring a foreign worker, it should be because of a) tons of experience so high salary is justified b) inability to find locals for the job event hen high salary is justified.
