more details here: The H-4 EAD rule which was a part of the Obama Immigration Action program was sued by Save Jobs USA at the DC District of United States District Court, which was dismissed on the standing ground by the Judge. The Plaintiff filed appeal of the decision before the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Circuit of District of Columbia in Washington, DC in September 2016 on the issue of merits. Since then, this case has remained behind the attention of the media and immigration stakeholder community. However, on January 11, 2017, the Appellant, Save Jobs USA, filed an Opening Brief to seek overturn of the District Court decision. The Appeals Court then scheduled Oral Argument on March 31, 2017. Sources of information indicates that Trump Administration filed a request fot 60 days to file Response brief by 04/02/2017. Wrong here. Do you think Apple or FB with thier innovative mindset be the same company if they moved to a place where they can find talent and still be relevant. No way. They need people here in US. Again, who are you (i mean big brother) to tell me where and what I should do. They bring people from else where, raise their company potential and hire more locals. Its not they are full of immigrants. I am not even talking about the value these companies are bringing to their economy. Immigrants are just adding to these company growths not taking over the companies. With their markets being saturated, only way Apple and co can continue to be innovative and be relevant is to diversify manufacturing and expand into other markets (Like bengaluru). This is how they can continue the cash flow. If Bannon and co looks at it as, jobs moving away or the jobs that can be on US soil, then they are killing these companies. All these companies are heavily investing in US. But one of their growth engine(complements the locals) are the immigrants. You take one out and other goes down | ||

your premise is wrong. If getting a job at a foreign company or getting admission into student university entitles you to immigration, there is no need for visa, USCIS and POE checks. if their companies do not find talent here, they can move to the countries they have talent.
