i have been telling everyone who will listen about this option from a long time i have a lot of content regarding this only quick and sure shot option is eb5, not sure how long it is going to last either china has maxed on theier quota, India still has a lot of quota left and in 18 months from the start of the process you will get your temp gc and 2 years after that the perm gc given the current climate say a guy comes here when he is 21 and starts his gc by the time he is 23 and in a FTE role by the time he gets his GC he will be 40 plus atleast no sense in witing that long, if you can invest 500k for 5 years you will get your money back and also a gc worth pursuing it, i can connect to a very good DRC in dallas if people are serious, but donot waste their time if you are not serious they are very big and have a very safe and clean process in making sure you get the gc and your capital back as well | ||

I think they are closing the regional center loophole soon for EB5 but yu can still apply under regular EB-5 Either invest 1 million or invest $500k in any business (in identified areas where unemployment rate is much more than the national average ) and provide 11 full time Jobs The GC will be conditional GC for 2 years and if you fulfill the requirements of the GC ,you will be issues permanent GC Most importantly you need to show that your income is $250K or $300k per year household for atleast last 5 years They are strict with the source of funds (should not be borrowed ) | ||
