Non compete clauses are always signed, very strongly negotiated and argued but every lawyer knows that non competes are not enforceable in India as it goes against the fundamental right to employment. This has been upheld in many court judgements and you can ask your friend to hold his ground. In fact any company would be wasting its time and money on employee non competes. Cool babu cool | ||
