yep..very much...in fact its a factor... along with weight and age and pace too... if you are running at a speed less than 10kmph and your bmi is good and if you are young ( less than 35) then its not a problem.. but legs paining antunnaru kabatti...daily running kaakundaa alternate day weights seyandi.. ledaa cycling seyyandi...

Initial ga kallu noppi pedite, buy a pair of compression sleeves or socks based on the location of the pain. These will help in increasing the endurance.

as of now, 30 minutes easy ga chestunna, but kallu noppi pedutunnayi. I'm doing 5 minute warm up walk, 7 minutes cool down and light stretching. what other precautions I need to take
