yep..very much...in fact its a factor... along with weight and age and pace too... if you are running at a speed less than 10kmph and your bmi is good and if you are young ( less than 35) then its not a problem.. but legs paining antunnaru kabatti...daily running kaakundaa alternate day weights seyandi.. ledaa cycling seyyandi... |

I'm doing 5 minute warm up walk, 7 minutes cool down and light stretching. what other precautions I need to take |
