PT is always good.. but LA gaadu kummestaadu... he will rob your creditcard... go with other small personal gym and take 3 to 4 months .

My advice.

Take PT and commit yourself for 6 months.

Don't worry about money. Money comes and goes but health is very very important. Nothing gives you more happiness than being FIT.

To be able to have complete fitnes we need to change our lifestyle, food habits.

Do follow the instructions of PT and Nutritionists.

PT is always worth it IMO.. Again it depends on your financials too.. If you think you can afford it, its better to go.. The feeling you get by being fit is out of the world that money can't replace. You just have to feel it.. 193 lbs looks overweight to me already.. depending on ur height.. If you are not that regular, try for first few sessions regularly, then it becomes addictive once you realize the benefits..

if you have planet fitness go for it.

10$ month.. you wont feel even you do not go.. but when you have interest you would kick start again and again.. after some years it become routine.

even you join gym you wont do more than cardio like elliptical, treadmill.. other things are bonus..

start small.. make habit... once it become routine.. you can join bigger clubs.

planet fitness is best and good for most of the people.. never invest too much initially.. start small

naaku ippati varaku GYM peddaga alavaatu ledu.. 6-7 yrs back join oka sari YMCA join ayyanu, one month group clases attend ayyanu bagaane.. aa taruvata badhakam vachi 3 - 4months pay chesi cancel chesa.. aa taruvat after 1 year apt gym lo elliptical chesaa 1 month malli break..

malli inni rojulaki wait taggali ani decide ayyanu..

last 4 months lo food control tho (218 to 193) lbs tagganu.

Jan 1st na LA fitness join ayyanu. first week vellanu, second week jumpu.. malli ee week veltunnanu bagaane..

mostly group class and couple of machine waits chestunna inni rojulu..

monna machines meeda chestunte, oka PT vachi you shouldn't take that much break, and you are not doing correct ani cheppadu..

taruvata why don't you take an assessment and we suggest whats good for you annadu..
sare ani ninna appointment teesukuni 15 to 20 mins assessment chesi PT session teesuko annadu..
