I have the same issue - regardless of which phone I am using, webex/SFB, US, India, UK, UAE. At this point, I have accepted the situation as permanent and talk only if I am asked to in a call. Otherwise, I send my points of view in writing via email to all the stakeholders. | ||

Completely Agree with you. Annee moosukoni vacheyatame. You need the skills of a politician and authority to survive in such environments. You may be facing the discussion and conf call that's more political ( where everyone is trying to prove their muscle ) than productive. I think if you have definite role in this project, you should cut thru the meeting in the beginning and tell your concerns quickly , or send a mail to all recipients about the issues you are facing and how unproductive are meetings, time to make changes and stick to meeting agenda | ||

Only way to get rid of this is start controlling the meeting the word go... Set the agenda... start discussing the agenda items... after each item summarize what discussed...
