Snoqualmie is the best bet in the current situation on your budget. Snoqualmie is the growing community with lot of indians even big telugu community, there is indian restaurant and groccery too. 10 mins to northbend outlet mall, 30 mins to redmond/bellevue and 45-60 mins to seattle downtown. Schools also very good rating. | ||

there's always contrarians, but bay area is very stable ani naa idi I browse lots of forums, websites about gringos perspective on real estate. Most of them missed out on NYC 20 years ago, missed out on bay area 10 years ago, thinking valuation was too high. cut cheste, they're much higher now The internet is riddled with safe players, and people who live vicariously through other's misery ( #dharmicHappiness ), but real estate people almost never lose money. There are people who lose, but if anybody's in the area for 5 or more years, it's hard to lose in bay area One uncertainity for you might be, if a Trump administration keeps the mortgage deductions.
