The article that you shared is not adequate to make such a comment. 1. How much of the growth is coming from volume increase and how much from an increase in average selling price? If state gets richer and people upgrade from Kingfisher beer to Blue Label Whisky...(of course I am exaggerating but you get the point...) 2. What are the growth rates for Telangana in other sectors? What about growth rates for AP and other states in other sectors? Are you sure that liquor revenues are standing out? 3. Is there an increase in tax compliance on liquor? Any increase in tax rate?
