type sese opika ledhu..i do the below Mix 1 Liter (32 oz.) of warm water with 2 level teaspoons of unrefined sea salt. I used pink himalayan crystal salt. As long as it's not iodized table salt, it should work. Whyme - except for taking those acidity pill if you continue to take acv with mother, n lime juice daily - you may not need the acidity pill at all make sure eat less of our red pickles, eat roti pachallu if u want... n also try to assess whats it u r eating before eating to get an idea of if its acidic or alkaline...this will help u in the long run any green natural thing is alkaline | ||

you can safely use Aluminium Free Baking soda...I use it for cleaning teeth, shampoo, eat it along with Apple cider vinegar with mother & Black strap molasses mixed & heated together as small candies once a few months --- Avoid eating it if you have high bp...n consult a doctor before taking this route of consuming it internally...usually if u take less sodium...they say its ok...but u never know...to be on safer side always take this under physician's guidance | ||

Prescription ppi (lansoperazole) ran out, changed med insurance so lot of confusion.. pharamacy waiting for doctor to approve the same medication that they have been refilling for alomost year plus.. valla bonda valla pindakudu so got Apple Cider Vinegar with mother from grocery stores.. tried it for the last 4 days.. not bad.. except for yesterday night where I went to neighbors house and had a glass of red wine and got bad reflux attack had to take zantac for relief if you are suffering from acid reflux (I got mine thanks to H-Pylori infection couple of years back) try Apple Cider Vinegar - does not work for all |
