Company Y should roll you off, you should do H1b transfer between Company X, Company Z and company Z should get you a position in Client Y with different position ID/Name 2. Company Z will establish a contract between Y and X....with Z taking small vendor fees ( I did this when I joined my current company )and you still on payroll of Company X Company Z gaadu baga adadu, he is trying to eliminate you by putting clause as NOC and later on bring his own candidate |

I am in similar situation few years back. One option is have Corp to Corp between X and Z. SO u will be employee of X working through Z at client Y. When I am in similar situation few years back, I told X the project is over and asked him to show new project. Said I need project in the same area. He said Area restriction ante kastam so resign annnadu. Nenu resign chesi Z dwaara Y daggara pani chetshunnaaa My employer X placed me at Client Y thro anotehr Vendor U kabatti adhi work aindhii No Signature |
