Monna ne maa Ex Colleague okataniki EXACT same situation....he used to work for FANNIE thru COMPUGAIN and FANNIE has this 2 year rule...this guy's 2 years ended and Manager wanted this guy to work through HEXAWARE who has SOW! Idi atu kotti itu kotti final gaa he has to come out of FANNIE!

Weigh your H1 b expenses incurred so far, GC process so far, likely 140 done, timely paychecks and hassle free rapo with employer.

If you dont see any trouble with above, you want to continue with your existing comfortable desi employer, case straight away narrate cheyyi can you subcontract with Z.

takkuva billing ina subcontracting tesukuni, job change ki try cheyyi....

what ever u talked was for FTE right? now subcontracting ante vallaki expenses tagguthayi..so ask them to increase the billing...negotiate...

mee manager tho cheppu..I am ready to work thru z as long as he provides good billing and subcontracting...

budugu tlak to ur manager and tell him Z is planning to bring his own candidate in ur place by asking NOC letter and not subcontracting to ur employer..

If ur manager cant help u, better leave it and find another project...

NOC is a must in such scenarios and dont jump to Z...

Best thing is getting a subcontract to ur employer...

2 options for you

1. Company Y should roll you off, you should do H1b transfer between Company X, Company Z and company Z should get you a position in Client Y with different position ID/Name

2. Company Z will establish a contract between Y and X....with Z taking small vendor fees ( I did this when I joined my current company )and you still on payroll of Company X


Company Z gaadu baga adadu, he is trying to eliminate you by putting clause as NOC and later on bring his own candidate

I am in similar situation few years back.

One option is have Corp to Corp between X and Z. SO u will be employee of X working through Z at client Y.


When I am in similar situation few years back, I told X the project is over and asked him to show new project. Said I need project in the same area. He said Area restriction ante kastam so resign annnadu. Nenu resign chesi Z dwaara Y daggara pani chetshunnaaa


My employer X placed me at Client Y thro anotehr Vendor U kabatti adhi work aindhii

It was your manager offer, tell him Company Z needs NOC from Company X..so please talk to company X
