yes and no. They fell everywhere Once credit problems corrected, good school districts price came back vigorously, most times exceeding peak of 2006 rate. Middling or bad school areas didn't improve much 2008 like scenario wont happen now, unless easy credit comes back again | ||

there is no right or wrong time if you need a home and if you can afford the payments then go for it, don't wait for Market / Recession etc Make sure that its a good school district if you have kids or planing to have kids, also make sure that if possible to buy home closer to work of anyone if both are working. | ||
