The point i am making is that in westchester they were paying the fair market price to the consultants who were working on it. However claiming the whole thing is frau is not totally correct. The company did not loose because of hiring the consultants because even though there were kick back the due process was followed during the hiring process.. I am not claiming he is innocent but it is a common thing in the IT industry where some of the managers encourage this kind of process to gain money.. | ||

I worked at that firm and know that this news has more masala than facts.. Preet Bharara is known to put only indians to jail.. The resources hired by this manager were doing wonderful job but since there is a kickback they are projecting the whole thing as fraud.. It is common thing in IT that most indian managers indulge into and it seems that is the reason all the companies are looking to hire only w2 and no C2C. | ||
