contacted attorny who filed it and here is the respinse: ___________________________________ No, that will not be an issue. USCIS is unable to issue an approval notice with a back-dated start-date, which is why the approval was issued to begin 12/2 (the date USCIS approved the case). Since this application was filed before you expired, you are considered to have been in-status the whole time the application was pending, even though it was still pending after 8/26. The approval notice will list the date the application was filed at the top; and the validity dates of the approval at the bottom, so it contains all the information required to show you have been maintaining status. ____________________________________ | ||

H1b apply chesetappudu LCA fill chestam andulo H1b starting date and ending date untayi.....You need to check that first, then check you I129 form as well...both should say New H1b is applied for dates 08/17/2016 to 08/16/2019 your attorney should have a copy of these 2. Once dates are correct you will notify USCIS thru attorney with your LCA and I129 copies, they will send you new I767 with correct dates in your I94 | ||
