Guru:

A friend of mine was trying to buy a property from one of his relatives. They made a deal a month ago and was planning to get the registration done in Q1 2017. No money exchange was done but agreed to buying price.

Ippudu kurrod he is in a dilemma, not sure if he is going to catch a falling knife by buying that property due to demonetization. Kurrod straight shooter, he has to every penny from his hard earned savings.

Is it Ok for him to renegotiate the price? I mean this is a BIG event, right?

Is it better to buy more time for registration and see how things will pan out?
