Near term lo pain assured for economy. longer term lo okay anukuntunna since people are just churning black/unaccounted money in to new notes with some loss. Deposits in to banks will be in old notes for some time. New notes will be hoarded continuously, govt need to keep printing for a long time to maintain liquidity. - It starts with lack of Demand for many non-essential things and reduction of usage of essential stuff - people to store good amounts of small denominations at home - Outing, restaurants, Travel to come down atleast for next 6 months - Daily wage people, Agri workers people working in small shops, pizzaS, Restaurants may loose their jobs or for them next 6 months to be very tough - More people People to start buying big things using credit and debit cards - Movie collection are impacted. Movies like Robo, Bahubali buyers to sustain heavy losses - Hindi Industry touches the ground again - People start going back to 80's-90' mind set for some time, unless it is necessary they don't spend - real estate and land dealing to stall mostly, investors to sustain heavy losses for some time. - it is interesting to watch elections after this phase Good things : After a while - Credit to be available for Businesses and people - Prices to come down due to lack of demand - from these slowly economy start uptrend I feel next year is pretty tough and India going to see typical recession next year |
