actually it is ' mob mentality '. People who don't need money are also standing in lines to withdraw money.We can understand,if people are rushing to deposit the old notes in bank (even though they have another 40 days time),but why stand in line for withdrawing 2000 notes from ATMs ? | ||

ok...just been to ATM first time after anouncement. All ATMS in my office building HDFC,ICICI,CITI,IOB are loaded....IOB has bigger line 20 odd people bcoz that is the only one with 100 notes. I wanted to get feel of new 2000 note, got my amount withdrawn in 10 min ICICI atm. IOB might take 15-20 min Also people need to be considerate...they are trying different options multiple trails inside instead of just withdraw and leave... | ||
