Any efforts by Roger Stone and his pro-Trump group to “Stop the Steal,” which has said it is doing its own exit polling, haven’t impeded the work of the 933 staffers conducting the network exit polls.

Joe Lenski, the executive vice president at Edison Research who conducts the exit polls for the National Election Pool, told POLITICO Tuesday afternoon: “Our interviewers have not reported any issues with anything that Roger Stone is up to.”

In an interview last week, Lenski said he wasn’t concerned with the safety of his trained staffers, but he’d be monitoring any interruptions to their work.

“I’m not worried about physical harm,” Lenski said last week. “I’m just worried about them being harassed while trying to do their jobs.”

BATTLEGROUND WATCH: This is an Iowa county worth watching tonight. The last four Democratic presidential nominees have won Davenport's Scott County, but it's home to lots of independents and Trump made a play here. After accepting the nomination at the GOP convention, this was the site of his first visit to Iowa:

As of 11a.m., 14,983 voted in Scott County, Auditor Roxanna Moritz says. (Sorry, don't know yet how that compares to 2012.)
