there is a State dept. manual on how to save emails. they should physically print every email and reply and file it in monthly email folders. how many SOS did this? i know the answer NONE. this is a big oversight email preservation and usage of email addresses. if she knew better she wouldnt have made this mistake. | ||

I kinda think I know what you are taliking about and it is not uncommon. Many might have got a letter from IRS for clarification and correction for something filed in past few years. Make a correction and pay with fine because it was a genuine 'oversight' . Happens every walk of life..if you did not intentionally cheat Rs , it constitute a mistake and a correction with fine ensues | ||

there are lot of presumptions and assumptions..I agree with judgemental part and that is the crux of the problem. Whether wikileaks is biased or not is not really an issue. Everyone is. Humans are supposed to be judgemental and that's what the brains are for. We aren't talking about their commentary in any case.
