Tam brams are very cunning in nature. They suppressed the other castes mercilessly. They occupied almost all fields with their sheer intelligence and unity. This irked others. Can conclude this from watching films: Time of independence, mostly Brahmins were in advantage, socially. Of course, there were economically well off communities. But they weren't too keen on education. Now this group of people realized the Brahmin advantage in power, through govt posts and education, and formed powerful groups to tackle that. The 80s movies I see speak of castes equivalent to Kammas, Reddys, Kapus hating on Brahmins. The whole Dravidian politics speaks only for these people. These people who brewed hate on Brahmins for monopolizing economic and social opportunities, hate if such opportunities are opened to those less fortunate than them. | ||
