My experience is totally different from this. My white colleagues are all very talented, hard working and dedicated. None of them mind working long hours. Best engineer on my team is white. Best boss I worked for is white. But then I am in core engineering. Non-IT. | ||

Politics lo who will win is not decided by Favoritism, but it's a Anti-Wave against the Opponent. Modi won because there was as a strong anti-pappu wave... CBN won because anti-Jagan wave got stronger after PK supported CBN... This election is not between Hillary and Trump. Despite who the candidates are, despite what they promise, despite what they seem to be standing for, despite what anybody says... Trump has fueled White Supremacist feelings, and Hillary is majorly banking on Minorities Appeasement and Girl-Power. The Bigger Problem, Majority-Whites, despite they seem to agree with Hillary, are more or less likely believing that White Supremacy should come back. It does not matter if the Presidential Candidates can deliver what they have promised. What matters, is Superiority Complex, and Trump has managed to fuel it pretty well. You work in a IT Office. Look-around, and spot the number of Indian Immigrants, and White-folks struggling to control their anger and aggression for having to work with stupid brown-skin like you. They don't like it. Nobody likes it. Those who realize, white people aren't as much productive, will accept the working conditions. Those who blindly believe, America is White, hate you on the inside. But, Minorities and Girl-Power has risen pretty strong. Two separate sections, no coalition, but very strong and significant game-changers for Hillary. Every possibility Hillary's vote-bank will split, but Trump's vote-bank will remain strong and steady. Neck-to-neck vuntundi, and I really hope Trump will win so nothing will happen for the next 4 years, no closing down doors for immigrants, no building a wall on Mexico border etc. "Chill Bro.
