Hillary officially signed 2013 legislation that supports enforcement of border security controls. That is her recorded official position which is meatier that what we hear from opponent rallies. On the platform and her agenda(hillaryclinton.com) she is for enhancement of border security. There are ways to protect border than building a big and beautiful wall.. Which is totally not feasible Let's move on.. If you are talking about speech she gave to global business folks at Brazilian bank.. Foreign Policy Bush screwed up the middle east with his absolutely insane invasion of Iraq. But at least by the time 2008 when Obama came there was some semblance of calm and stability there. But Obama and CLinton have withdrawn the troops causing vacuum there resulting in IXIX. Then the mess up in Libiya, Syria etc and giving free hand to Pakistan, no action on N Korea - it is a total disaster. Similarly Obama's relunctance to take leadership role made US weak and impotent. Debt Hillary wants to increase more and more free stuff. According to one survey America spends more money for Illegal immigrant than for a veteran. She is promising free College Tuition for some people. Like we do reservations in India and offer all free stuff. Ridiculous. She is not bothered about re-negotiating trade deals which are causing huge dents to economy. She is planning to increase Taxes further Where as Trump is reducing Corporate Taxes from 30-40% to 15-20%. Reduce significantly the ridiculous regulations. Also personal income taxes - he has proosed to reduce them significantly. He has plan to have 10% flat tax to bring all foreign money by all these corporate giants such as Google etc that should boost US economy. He is not promising any free stuff. | ||

The impact of Socialism in India. ---------- I personally favor Globalism. Yes, in the SHORT term, there is pain for advanced nations, but at the same time it alleviates poverty in 3rd world countries and helps them to be more integrated with advanced nations. Overall it is a GOOD THING for the majority of the people. It is like, there were number of kings and their kingdoms in India. Some of the people in those kingdom's were really enjoying their lifes. But with the advent of democracy and elections, all of Indian population started enjoying the freedom of the democracy and the fruits it brought. On the other hands raja's and maharaja's lost their significance in the process. We can pity for some of those good raja's and maharaja's. But, overall it was a good change. | ||

Look at Illegal Immigration. I am not talking about Legal Immigration. Hillary wants open borders. This is ridiculous. India is building a strong fence with Bangladesh. Mexico is building a wall on its other border to stop illegal immigration. She supports sanctuary cities. For example if you a illegal immigrant, came to US and you can go to sanctuary city like San Francisco, you can get Drivers License and survive until you get amnesty. For people like us it takes 15-20 years to get Citizen ship. We get questioned even for small document missed in our H1b applications. Whereas if you are illegal immigrant or anchor baby, you get full benefits including health benefits and also food stamps. At whose cost? From excessive taxes paid by people like you and me. Hillary, Obama, and lot of Republicans support it. Trump wants to regularize it. He wants to build a Wall for which both houses have already approved long back. Trump wants to send back at least 1-2 million anti-law and drug lords. But all these countries are refusing to take them back. | ||

We can definitely discuss and compare them. However we should not be subjective and emotional while discussing them. I was a huge fan of Obama and Hillary back in 2008 and 2012. But I am totally disappointed with them due to their failed policies. But at the same time I am not a great fan of Trump either due to lack of discipline. But when you compare, I personally feel Trump has better policies. In a nutshell it is Globalism (Hillary) vs Nationalism/Westernism (Trump). Rockfire. Good list of issues. But, is there a comprehensive plans from the two candidates addressing these issues? It will be helpful to do a side-by-side comparison of the 2 main candidates (if not all 4 candidates). Hillary's might be there, but we cann't trust her as she is a seasoned politician and has been saying the same things forever. It is only talk, no action as far as hillary is concerned. Forget about Trum and Hillary, Let's look at the issues/problems America is facing with: 1. Illegal Immigration It is estimated that about 12 Mil Illegal immigrants presently in US. The Southern border is porous and there are no pragmatic steps to stop them. If amnesty is offered to them, it sends positive signals to millions of other people that are ready to jump the border. It is a green signal for them. It is already costing US economy billions of dollars dealing with these Illegal immigrants. Also causing unemployment, drugs, law and order issues etc. 2. Debt US has over $19 tri debt and it is growing like crazy due to 3 reasons a. unfair trade deals (NAFTA, numerous others, TPP on the way) b. overindulgence in welfare activities c. Highest Corporate taxes causing big corporates to keep the money abroad 3. Economy and Employment a. Economy is shrinking b. Manufacturing is dead - causing loss of blue collar jobs in the heartland c. H1Bs and Illegal immigration is not helping this either d. Excessive regulations destroying local small businesses and manufacturing 4. Foreign Policy a. US has become weak due to mess up in Middle East b. Europe becoming socialistic c.
