nope , it is left to apt agency at discretion, they can they did communicated . but you may claim I did not receive it .. it is one of the grey areas .. normal gaa communicate chestaru , but some not




No they didnt..I gave sevaral complaints for the same..I sent an email thru website also..!

That should have a rent or discounted rent which may change at the end of the lease agreement. Andulo unna Danni batti proceed.



avanni fine annai....I am not denying their right to increase....but what should be the notice period in such cases? they cant send me a notice after lease expiry and tell me, do it now or leave immediately ..right?

My least expired as of 10/08/2016 but I haven't received new rates before expiry.I piad rent like just any other month and they accepted it...

Ivvala rates vachayi adi immediate ga sign cheyyi leka pothe month to month kinda 30% extra rate ki neeku penalty estham annadi...nenu dobbeyi...I told them I want a written notice with all my options not just showing on some paper...

She said her regional coordinator will call me on Monday.

before I take the call, I would like to know how can I present my case. Technically, they should have provided me the new rates before 30 days (atleast) lease expiry. They cannot simply increase the rates just like that...

As per law, if they accept rent from me, lease automatically switches to Month to Month. To increase any rates, as per law, they should provide a 30 day notice.

am I missing anything?
