Muslim personal law is recognized under constitution. As per MPL, triple talaq is valid. Catholics dont have divorce concept as per religion so they get it from court. This is going to be serious issue. If UCC is implemented triple talaq etc will automatically go away. This issue will finally go to constitutional bench. Govt simple cant invalidate personal law unless it violates fundamental rights of citizens.. | ||
