If I sleep more than 5 hrs, I feel lethargic, 5 hrs sleep is ideal for me, again it all depends on your work, tensions,food etc.there is no parameter, if you have a sound sleep even 2 hrs is enough but generally we don't, try to reduce your hrs and see

When I go to massage parlour they put very soothing
Music. Music with massage is best combo that puts me in sleep
Instantly but cannot afford every night :-(

If it helps...Too much exposure to cell phone radiation, laptop/tv watching, day light bulbs at home can cause this..

So sleep is must but how many hours is min 6 or 7 hours
If you are stressed out physically or mentally then your body
Need min 8 hours

Btw me going to see sleep study and therapy now
Though I am doing very intensive exercises still unable to get

I would want to over come that too
At the end of day I don't enjoy basic things in my life then
What is the point of living :-)

I used to sleep 9-10 hours...8 hours ki taggisthe baaga dizziness vundedi..madhaylo 6 hours ki set chesa..maree takkuva inattu anipisthe..ippudu 7 hours...

basic ga pani leka pothe dizziness etc anni telusthayi..ade baaga panulu vunnayi anukoo..koddiga ibbandi anipinchina u will get along.....

uuth lo max time sleep ki waste sethe, kalalu mathrame kantaru..atini real sesukoleru...reduce sleep to 6-7 hours per day..increase productivity

every body is different...mee body gurinchi meeke teliyali..for me, if im working out anything less than 8.5hrs i feel dull..oka 3 days 6-7hrs babbuna ante 4th day afternoon or evening oka 2 hrs nap must to recover..

if im not working out im ok with 6-7hrs sleep during week days..and 8+ during weekends..

The key is quality of sleep..If you get a good one 5 hours is enough..Often people sleep but half awake..Thats not good.

I get max 5 hours ....rarely 6 hours sleep. Doctor ni adigithey...5 is good enough as long as it is not effecting your day at work annadu. any thing above 6 hours is luxury....dont worry...if you get well and fine otherwise no need to worry.

This is from the days i was in US till now. My body is tuned...whenever i sleep....i wakeup by 4.30/5.00 ...became like a routine.
