Possible Reasons 1. Ap ki isthe Migatha States Godava chesthai and More demands and promises will be there from politicians in future and it will be Headache . 2. BJP dont want to do it for Some other party Ruling state. 3. CBN and Modi not in good terms. 4. Legally not Possible. 5.
