When Jagan went to court for stay on petition he was just an MP and the petition was moved by ruling party What about CBN, who is currently a state's CM and partner in the central government and still crying foul on opposition MLA's petition So u place both on the same scale? In July 2011 when Jaggu went to SC and pleaded for a stay on CBI investigation against him, SC dismissed his petition. When Babu asked for a stay on the case against him, we all cried out loud that only guilty and timid people seek stay (we forgot that our pulibidda did it too). Strangely, SC stayed the case against Babu. Since then we lost faith on judiciary. We are proposing the following changes to restore our faith: 1. Chief Justices of HC are always from outside the state. These outsiders are not assigning cases to unbiased and competant judges. We want a new rule that all CJs must be from AP and belong to Jaggu's community. Otherwise, assignment of cases must be done by an independent media organization like Sakshi. 2. SC judges are being selected by collegium and 90% of them are not Telugus. From now we want all the judges (usually two) on the bench dealing with Jaggu or Babus cases to be Telugus from Jaggu's community. 3. Assignment of cases in SC is done by CJI. Since Jaggu was born, all CJIs were non-Telugus. You know what we want from now....alternatively Sakshi can do assignment of cases in SC instead of CJI. The people who are responsible for the constitution must learn from Jaggu. Jaggu always ensures that all key posts such as Leader of Opposition, Party President, Honorary President, PAC Chairman, Parliamentary Party leader, Rajya Sabha floor leader, Dy. Leader of Opposition etc. are given to the correct community. Until the same system is followed in Supreme Court and High Court CJ appointments, we will not trust the higher judiciary.
