US lo case try cheyatamu waste.. only thing is file a case in India.. Since she got H4 visa they can show that as a proof and complain to consulate for the records.. india lo divorce with settlement is better.. paripoyinaadu tho malli kalavataniki try cheyatamu waste.. i do not think alimony is reasonable since they did not stayed together.. | ||

Better to file criminal case in India under fraud sections and get an arrest warrant issued. Those cases will affect his legal stay in US if forwarded to US embassy and USCIS.....Everything happened within the jurisdiction of India. | ||

Idly.. What has US laws to do in this case.. Cause of action is in India and both the parties are Indian nationals.. and technically there is no fraud to prove. on other hand that guy needs to be sent home but nothing much can be done unless a criminal case is filed and some thing can be done on international scene .. Paidantha to my knowledge and would file a case in India but before that talk to the boy and parents and if he is impotent...waste of time. File for divorce , get compensated and move on. | ||
