CBN 3 crores and KCR 5 crores is very irresponsible and arbitrary!! Many state govt's had a rough guidelines that they would pay 1 crore for gold, 50 lakhs for silver and 25 for Bronze... Red claw I see here in rest areas also has nice park to play and relax If you are inside city every community has min swimming pool or park area For kids to play at very young age itself So that kind of infrastructure exists here. They maintain it well too. Now take hyd itself How many parks are there in every area I see in google maps nothing I see nothing in regular areas At the most few might exists in banjara or jubilee hills where rich ppl only can afford If govt spend money and construct parks with reasonable facilities Then you will see huge change in kids. Who are we to decide it's too much money? She is literally one in a billion. Cricketers are earning in 100s of Crores....Badminton shall hav nothin like tht nor shall those players get such high lucrative endorsements. There is a reason why Govt doesn't shower cash rewards on Cricketers but other sports. I know tons of ppl who shall be motivated to see such money and encouragement in Badminton or any other sport which is getting a medal in Olympics. Our cricket crazy fans seem to underestimate the value of Olympics where the entire world looks at us compared to jst handful of nations which are interested in Cricket. Getting Medals in Olympics in a sport speaks of progress and a statement tht we have arrived in tht sport. Response for sindhu is setting bad practice in india. AP and T might have spend not less than 20cr for rally and other things....plus amt given as prize money for sindhu. with this amt they should have constructed nice sport club to produce more athletes. They should spend this money to support for athlets who want to shine in sport.
