Impossible... USCIS will always track every mail they receive, generate a Receipt right then and there, and only track the case based on the Receipt Date. Oka package deliver cheyyali, RFE for a case. Tomorrow is the last day. Got the documents needed, just now. Fedex vodu, overnight cant be delivered as office is closed Tomorrow annad. Any idea how to send the package?
