vunkul naak telisi idi baaga mushkil if the other lady does not have income ..your friend might have to leave the current house that he is living and give it to her..on top of it pay for mortgage and also alimony all at the same time..(exact situation happened to my boss in a previous company..so hopefully the lady is working) getting kids possession is huge task OTOH.. | ||

A friend of mine got the divorce notice from his spouse's lawyer. He is asking my help.. I am trying to understand. What to reply? My friend is not willing to go for the divorce but willing to let his spouse take what ever the stake she wants. My friend want to live in the same house where kids are going to live till the kids are outgrown independent. Many questions(not yet engaged the lawyer) but before the lawyer engaging, what are the things to consider?(try not to start with an advice to engage the lawyer, which we are clear bout it). |
