Not just FB, pretty much every damn app gets your permission to access your call logs and contacts upon installation...

phone company doesnt have to share. if you or they have fb app, app can get to call list. you can disable this while installation i believe. ok, sinche we are talking FB. i rarely login to FB, but i have email notification if any posts with me tagged in. when i get the email, the subject line indicates a part of the text of the message or subject in FB. but when you actually open the email you do not see it any where.. even in the subject. this happens in gmail. i havent tried looking too much into it, thought that was intersting way to present a snippet of the conversation in the list view of emails, but when you actually open they email they dont show any of it, forcing you to login to FB. anybody observed this? | ||

We have a nanny, we pay her only cash. she is a desi/punjabi. i got my fence done with a desi/punjabi guy. there is absolutely no common friends or electronic transactions that can link us. how did they appear in my fb friend suggestions. is it just by race/location proximity? why not others then? my community has good number of punjabis my association with them is at most 6-8 months Happy Vizag |
