Today morning my wife met with an accident. She is fine with minor pains. She was taking left at an intersection on Orange Arrow. She was taking turn as it just turned orange ARROW. the person from opposite direction came very fast and hit her. Air bag came out, front tire is at 20 ft away from the car. Luckily no major injuries to anyone. My wife has right leg pain and left hand itching due to airbag. Witnesses behind my wife car and other persons car are saying the other person jumped red signal and they talked to the cops. when i talked to the cop, they said they hearing conflicting information, they recorded what everyone has to say and they created a report and gave it to me. They asked me to call insurance company and go ahead from there. So ippudu nenem cheyyali. Ma insurance vadiki call cheste, na coverage's through velte I will get the rental car today and car will be inspected Monday. But i said I want to go through other persons claim, so he said, it might take up to one week to come to a conclusion. So i called other insurance and they said, other drive already filed a claim, and they said, i need to talk to adjuster to take the rental car also. So I will be without a car till Monday. So whats my next step? Please suggest. |
