Eee Bokadia business loki eldaamani friends planned in 1997/98 timeframe, i was the first one to opt out as i can't lie & even if i lie..i can't make others believe that it's true...now,some of them r big time millionaires...
some of them have really sacrificed family time, name in the society...but gained lots of money
On the personal front not doing so well...so many family issues despite having world of money.
People from all castes, religions r here in this business, but most of them have earned bad name in the society..

i worked for a company called itchx vermont based...great guy....problems levu ....2 months lag to pay vachhedi ..no issue at all ....i love this guy.. intact ..he is the role model for me ...i will never forget this guy.

I have had a great experience with Reddy & Neumann, P.C. for all my H1B and Green Card process. The entire staff of Reddy & Neumann, P.C. are thorough professionals and very knowledgeable with immigration process. They took care of all the process first for my H1B and then Green card in very professional way. They are very easy to approach if we have any concerns in any day of your immigration process. My company started my Green Card process with Reddy & Neumann, P.C. in 2013and I got my Green Card without any problems. It took 2 years though from start to finish, H-1B, Labor, I-140 and adjustment of status. My H1B application was badly approached by a lawyer firm that it received RFE. He said it had something to do with the nature of work I do. But when the RFEs came, I was really worried and chose to take a second call even while I was with this lawyer. Reddy and Neumann PC provides this conference call service that I attended once. The discussions are quite informative and I went ahead and made an appointment with them on phone. They responded to my RFE got approved. I've been with them since 2009 now. And it's a satisfying experience throughout my processes. I even got my permanent residency done. Now I'll be filing for green card. With the expertise they have in all immigration cases, I'm confidently recommending them!

my friends employer used to Market the candidates thru a middle layer. he wouldnt let them market themselves. so parati project ki ee middle layer ki cut velledi. cut cheste his employer was a partner in the middle layer. 75-25 ane vadu malli payroll expenses ani inko 3% cut chese vadu.
ila cheppukuntu pothe chala unnai kathalu. i guess i am lucky in a way coz my employer never played this kind of cheap tricks. i have been with them for 8 years. |

Chepthunna kada anni daridraala ki moolam ee GC process lo glitches! Asala kinda steps follow ayithe baaguntadi GC ivvatam lo:
1) USA ki MS ki ochhi 2-2.5 years karchu pettuku MS chesina vaadiki....at least 10 years after study GC ichheyali by default by doing some background checks!
2) USA ki H1B meeda ochhina vaadiki oka 12-14 years ki anna GC ichheyali after good background checks!
Naa varaku Masters ki ochhina vaadu go through more pain and some relief should be given to such folks and GC processing lo adi kuda consider cheyali! |

I dont know much about Anil but Naveen was my employer and he was a cool guy. Never had a problem. Once I wanted to move on EAD (did not move eventually) he said he will not cancel my 140. Never had paycheck issue and GC process was smooth.
ANIL SUNKARA company ki pani chesina 3 mandi telsu and pedda frustrations levu valla ki aayana pai and got GC through him! And TAMPA based aayana Sridhar Veeramachineni ani aayana company ki naa close collegues iddaru (Both Non K and T vallu) chese vallu 2005 nundi 2011 varaku and both got GCs in 2010 and 2011...both have very good words for this guy!
Naaku kuda naa GC company tho ZERO issues....basic gaa "You be Fair to Me and I will be Fair to you" Policy lo poyaamu myself and employer!! Naaku 2005 lo GC modalu pedithe 2005 end ki EAD ochhindi...but I never tried to jump out and in 2009 he himself told me "Yentha kaalam ee 80-20 billing better gaa osthe vellipo ani" and I took better paying opportunity and got my GC in 2010!! Ee rojuki kuda good contacts!! Iyana yentha manchodante 2005 AUG lo aayana employees ki oke sari 12 Labors approve ayyi concurrent filing (I140+I485) ki Next day 3 PM last ayithe lawyer tho midnight antha pani cheyinchi Per application $500 pay chesi oka manishi ni Vermont center ki drive cheyinchi mari Concurrent lo veyinchaadu (Even though he need not care)!! All employees working for him have good words for him!!
NOT all EMPLOYERS are BAD and NOT all EMPLOYEES are BAD!! Konni Cases lo employer and employee yek se bad kar ek kamina gallu untaaru!! |
