if the employee is really high skilled and they feel if he is worth it. anyway for students studying masters here, they will have opt, they can work until the h1 start period. if someone coming from offshore, he might already be working in offshore to that product based company and come onsite when the period starts. in either cases, the employer dont need to wait. the actual intention of H1 is to hire high SKILLED workers | ||

The tech industry needs H1 more than we need it. Its not just because they can hire tech folks from outside but they know these folks can implement their technologies across various industries. There is a lot of good local talent here, agreed. Evolution in tech and being able to adopt to this change faster only prevails from people coming from outside. The real talent here invents new technologies and focus on innovation (we are not that good at this) and people from outside (mostly) spread these new techs by making them available to the industry. Manam entha gorrelu ayina and coolies ayina, we are bringing value. Silicon valley brings new techs out and we spread it across the industry. We dont have to worry. | ||
