actually, there are additional restrictions: https://costa-rica.visahq.com/requirements/India/resident-Un ited_States/ Foreign passport holders holding permanent residence, a student visa, or a work visa in the US, European Union Countries, and/or Canada are also not required to have a visa to enter Costa Rica. Culebra or Vieques Islands ki velthey, don't take ferry...chala mandiki sea sickness to vomitings avtayi ani chepparu...Instead take the 20 min flight.. $50 ki ochestadi ticket from Ceiba airport...Vieques air link vallu fly chestaru.. We visited both the islands but if you are into water activites, don't even think of Vieques..But if you want to do Bioluminiscent bay tour, go to Vieques and choose a new moon date (+/- 3 days)...Full moon untey njoy cheyaleru.. Old san Juan lo forts chala baguntayi along carribean/atlantic coaast..Must visit... But the place we enjoyed the most was El Yunque rain forest...Beautiful place with lots of trails...Just 30 mins drive from San Juan...If you are renting a car, ask for the toll tag else you will be heavily fined by rental car companies.. | ||

Main things to do - each of below will take a day. 1. San-Juan fort & Old city 2. Collebra island - one of the best beaches in the world, go early to get ferry. 3. Bio luminous glow - best in Vieques island, but need to stay in the island one day. Add one day to relax at resort/beaches. | ||
