All u have to do is first listen to your body and gradually give tough time to body

Or I would say see Hollywood survival concep kind of movies

Like blood sport, descent, 127 hours, spit on your grave and lately shallows etc

It boosts your guts to next level

Step 1 first mould your body to exercises if you are very stuffy or lazy
Step 2 if your body started cooperating then increase reps and sets gradually
Step 3 as and when you get confidence the try to maximum

Bottom line is like the way money how every one behave I.e one more dollar pls

Like always say to your body one more rep pls. So never say enough :D

if you are workingout, you should have proper planning for sleep and food.

Protein intake
carbs intake,
good sleep

also you should try to do workout until you fail. Try to use some preworkout drinks..
